Job Description

  • Update the organizational structure & Manpower planning.
  • Coordinate the implementation of the training activities.
  • Organize the internal onboarding process.
  • Responsible for HR interviews and handling exit interviews.
  • Assist in enhancing the quarter/mid-year/annual performance appraisal.
  • Handle the CSR programs.
  • Assist in the overtime process, and bonus cycle.
  • Report and publish HR dashboard reports – headcount, leave/attendance, exit, etc.
  • Responsible for preparing all final settlements.
  • All daily administrative work and daily operation cycle.
  • Assist the HR department in any needed tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • 1:2 years of experience in the same role.
  • Less than 28 age.
  • An HR Certificate is a must.
  • Males only.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
