Job Description
- Achieving the required quality in repair according to quality standards and repair methods supported by the parent company TMC
- Responsibility for the availability of all safety equipment and their use for the purposes and operations appropriate to them
- Maintaining and developing the level of knowledge and practical performance of operations
- Examine the car to ensure that the repairs have been made and reviewed before moving it to the denting workshop
- Supporting management with technicians’ competency levels and training required to develop technicians.
- Providing support to reception engineers and customers in diagnosing and clarifying technical points.
- Always appearing at the highest level of courtesy and team spirit. Leadership is a decent, formal appearance
- Participate in achieving the required target for the workshop in accordance with the management policy.
- Submitting the report and analyzing the hours and productivity
Job Requirements
- Education level: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Duration of experience: 3 to 5 years in the same field
- The ability to use all equipment.
- he ability to analyze and know the nature of the situation.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Carrying and moving things from place to place
- Leader person.
- Attention to detail.
- Care for the smallest details.
- Ability to handle work stress.
- Adaptation to general conditions
