Job Description
- Receive the goods dispensing voucher and the trust receipts from the loading person as well as check the vehicle number and number of vouchers to match them with the dispensed goods documents for matching with the data affixed to the trust receipt.
- Issue a trust receipt attached to the transport voucher and the exit permit to the movement office for registration and approval of the exit permit.
- Review the permit delivered to the customer in terms of quantity, type, and customer’s seal for releasing the driver and his assistant.
- Keep the vouchers delivered to the subsidiary Company’s warehouses until the customer is delivered and returned to complete the documentary cycle.
- Receive the replacements and returned items to protect the Company’s rights.
- Follow up the voucher divided on receipts until completion and attach the receipts to the vouchers and deliver it to the custody office to facilitate reference to it in any problem.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Documenting and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail.
