  • Manage and Control authorized service centers KPIs metrics , such as :
  • Repair Short Completion Lead Time
  • High Repair Quality
  • Daily Technicians’ productivity

Job Requirements

  • Egyptian Only / Cairo or Giza Resident
  • Bachelor Degree (Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical)
  • Exp. ( 3-8 Y ) , 2 Years at least “same position Exp.”
  • Exp. in supervision of Home Appliances Customer Service Center.
  • SAP User
  • Experience in analysis (cost analysis & budgeting reporting)
  • Leadership, Organizing, problem solving and interperosnal Skills
  • Good command of English & Very Good Ms. office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Max. Age : 33 Y. Old
