Job Description
- Handle customer service requests for our Enterprise Intelligent Collaboration & Intelligent Vision products (UC PBX Solutions, Video surveillance solutions, Video Conferencing Solution,);
- Take first corrective actions to isolate and neutralize reported incidents and if necessary escalate to next technical level support;
- Troubleshoot hardware or software for Unified Communication, Video Conference, Video Surveillance problems, identify the root cause and provide an effective solution within contractual SLA time;
- Perform network upgrades updates following the Change Management process;
- Provide detailed information on how to set up, upgrade and configure them;
- Use trouble ticketing system for tracking customer interactions and fault analysis;
- Identify customers concerns and critical problems based on customer interaction;
- Work On-call duties;
- If assigned, provide On-site Support in Delivery Projects Inside or Outside Egypt;
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications engineering, Electronics Science, Computer Science
- Fresh Grad or 1-2 year of experience
- NTI scholarship is plus.
- Knowledge Maintenance or Implementation experience in Enterprise Communication & Intelligent
- Video Surveillance field: (IPT Solution, Video Surveillance Solutions, Video Conferencing Solution and Unified Communication Solution).
- Familiar with the principle of VoIP (It’s a must).
- Familiar with Windows OS Operation and Maintenance, Linux OS Operation and Maintenance, and some basic Oracle Database Operation and Maintenance; (optional)
- Familiar with some video conference solutions and endpoints;
- Familiar with the SIP and H.323 protocols; (it is must)
- Familiar with video surveillance solutions;
- Familiar with some basic Data Communication and Network Security knowledge and some basic Storage and Server knowledge;
- Basic knowledge about evaluating the whole network including switches, routers, and gateways;
- Onsite support experience, installed and commissioned projects;
