Assistant Manager Business Development – ATM at Credit Agricole Egypt

Job Accountabilities

  • Closely Monitor the day to day performance of ATMs
  • Receive & solve customers’/colleagues complaint concerning ATM problems
  • Prepare daily & periodic ATM performance reports according to the standards submitted by ATM Network Manager
  • Coordinate physical installations & operation of new ATMs with all concerned parties
  • Follow up on renewal of contracts and regular payments for different offsite premises
  • Ensures that the appearance of the ATMs in accordance with the bank’s standards & guidelines
  • Continuous search for potential ATM offsite locations

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor degree of Accounting or Business Administration
  • ATM & Cards related experience for at least 2 years
  • Advanced MS office
  • Reporting & Presentation skills
  • Ability to travel any time
  • Extended working hours
