Job Description
- Ensure financial accuracy of timely analysis and reporting.
- Working closely with operational teams to develop the target operating model.
- Using external insight and understanding of industry best practices to optimize the operating model and efficiency in operation in collaboration with the operational Leadership team.
- Participates in policy and procedure development to help ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
- Assists in identifying conflicting policies and procedures to resolve conflicts and revise manuals accordingly.
- Improve process mapping across financial and operation teams.
- Work with the team to set up governance structures in the respective line of business to ensure optimal blueprint design in alignment with the business and finance objectives; operating model optimization; to track and communicate progress, issues, and risks management.
- Build a detailed understanding of business performance, Stage Gates operating model maturity, and opportunities for improvement across the Finance landscape group-wide and within the LOB.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance.
- 1 – 3 years experience in a relevant field.
- Systems literacy is an asset.
- Exposure to policy writing and process improvement.
