Job Description
- Compiles attendees lists in a timely manner and reporting it to HC administration department for payroll purposes with certificate copies for personnel files for each run
- Provides the training operation division with the trainees’ daily attendance at the morning of each training day
- Submits the necessary documents of the courses’ payments to finance
- Assures proper filling of participation certificates and documentation of any evidence of the final assessment, issued by external trainers
- Prepares agendas for the weekly meetings, Distribution of minutes of meetings to department staff
- Builds a library of standardized sectoral training outlines and course materials
- Insures maintaining an updated training records with attendance status
Job Requirements
- BS degree in HR or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in HR or training management
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent planning and time management skills
