Job Description

  • Compiles attendees lists in a timely manner and reporting it to HC administration department for payroll purposes with certificate copies for personnel files for each run
  • Provides the training operation division with the trainees’ daily attendance at the morning of each training day
  • Submits the necessary documents of the courses’ payments to finance
  • Assures proper filling of participation certificates and documentation of any evidence of the final assessment, issued by external trainers
  • Prepares agendas for the weekly meetings, Distribution of minutes of meetings to department staff
  • Builds a library of standardized sectoral training outlines and course materials
  • Insures maintaining an updated training records with attendance status

Job Requirements

  • BS degree in HR or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in HR or training management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
