Job Description
- Servicing new and existing HNW clients relationships in the region by providing them with the full suite of financial services products and services
- Providing financial services solutions to the HNW and wealth client base
- Developing a plan to acquire new client relationships as well as broadening existing client relationships
- Achieving sales targets in line with best practice standards of services and acting as a “Trusted Advisor” to the HNW clientele
- Establishing sales and revenue targets for existing and new client relationships
- Adhering to Private Banking service quality standards
- Complying with Private Banking policies and guidelines
- Broadening existing client relationships (greater share of wallet, higher cross sell ratios)
- Providing clients with comprehensive advisory services based on best practices and as per customer risk appetite
- Developing a comprehensive risk profile per customer and maintain updated file on quarterly basis.
- Continuous monitoring of client portfolios (quarterly reviews and annual rebalancing)
- Research competitive offering and solicit client feedback for new product ideas
- Escalating customer suggestions/ concerns to the Country/ Region Head
- Providing the highest level of customer service to clients (proactive calls and visits) in order to have clients ownership
- Maintaining and servicing the onshore and offshore private banking customers and penetrate the cross border relationships
- Retaining client ownership (strong knowledge of client account, transactions and all issues related to client)
- Ensuring compliance with Private Banking policies and regulations and adhering to service quality standards.
- Complying with Private Banking policies guidelines, KYC and AML regulations
- Ensuring that all clients’ files are updated and all documents are available
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Relevant professional certification
- 3-5 years in relationship management and sales of financial/ investment products with a leading international/ regional private bank. Also, proven record of building relationships and closing business
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Excellent communication, networking and selling skills
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and listening skills
- Good knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments and investment management
- Sound understanding of market dynamics/ trends and internal/ external policies and controls regulations
- Ability to provide financial solutions to sophisticated clients
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
