Job Description

  • Business analyst in BDC is acting as communicators, facilitators, and mediators, these flexible professionals seek out the best ways to improve processes and increase effectiveness through technology, strategy, analytic solutions, and process re-engineering.
  • Works very closely with multiple business units to discover, synthesize, and analyze information, including tools, processes, documentation, and stakeholders and aligning the designed & delivered solutions with the stakeholders needs.
  • It plays a role in aligning the designed and delivered solutions with the needs of stakeholders.
  • Understanding enterprise problems and goals, analyzing business needs and propose solution and alternative solutions.
  • Driving change and Facilitating stakeholder collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with the CBE regulations.
  • Help Different Business Units to radically redesign processes and redirect resources in order to achieve improvements in service and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with external or internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges.
  • Responsible for projects requirements management activities (planning, elicitation, validation & approval, change management)
  • Apply business process reengineering techniques.
  • Defining the requirements to all concerned parties (design, development & testing) teams
  • Presenting proposals/demos to business users, and support training the users for the new system.
  • Overseeing the implementation of a new system
  • Assist the Project/product manager in planning.
  • Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability

Job Requirements

  • Hold bachelor’s degree in business, information system or any related field.
  • Minimum 6 years as business analyst.
  • Have a strong analytical & problem-solving skill.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects from beginning to completion.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills are crucial for working with all stakeholders.
  • Have the ability to understand the team’s challenges and develop solutions.
  • Should be familiar with various types of project management and business analysis software.
  • Banking domain knowledge is necessary.
  • CBAP, Lean, Six Sigma and Re-engineering is preferred.
