Job Description
- Collecting daily, weekly and ,monthly employee payroll related changes to ensure that employees are paid according to the labor law.
- Calculating employee working hours to ensure accurate salaries payments.
- Review new employees’ databases to ensure its accuracy (Bank account number , medical insurance deductions , social insurance and employee fund deductions).
- Maintain and update payroll records according to monthly changes such as (Exemptions, transfers and resignations, travel missions, alimonies) ensuring complete adherence to labor law
- Review tax calculations (when applicable) and ensure that accurate deductions are applied to employees.
- Provide the needed support to the retail risk department in calculating employees DBR to process staff loans.
- Calculating and preparing staff loans memo for approvals and disbursement
- Calculate bonuses and allowances and ensure accurate processing within the agreed timeframes.
- Perform all financial transactions needed on Misys system.
- Ensure and prepare payroll sheets and upload them to SAP.
- Responding to employees in all payroll related matters
- Upload & submit all salary variables on SAP (Hiring, salary adjustments and payroll changes).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field. -related certifications are to be considered as an asset.
- From 1-3 years of experience in the Human Resources Field, Preferred exposure in payroll/finance
- Experience within Banking Industry will be considered as an asset
- Excellent command of English and Arabic languages (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Familiarity with payroll software preferably with SAP
- Familiarity with state labor laws and tax law / social insurance.
- Ability to prepare and present financial reports.
- Advanced Mathematical skills and strong attention to details.
