Refund

Last updated: August 7, 2026

1. Overview

This page explains how cancellations and refund requests are handled for paid Jobx subscriptions, renewals, and one-time plan purchases.

Purchases made through a third-party marketplace or payment provider may also be subject to that provider's terms and refund process.

2. Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel or downgrade a recurring subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will keep access to paid features until then.

Cancelling prevents the next renewal but does not automatically create a refund for an earlier charge.

3. When a Refund May Be Approved

We review each request fairly. A full or partial refund may be approved when:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • You were charged after a cancellation had already been confirmed.
  • A paid service was materially unavailable because of an issue on our side.
  • A refund is required under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you.

4. Charges That Are Normally Not Refundable

Except where required by law or approved for one of the reasons above, refunds are not normally provided for:

  • A change of mind after a plan has been activated.
  • Unused time in a billing period or a partially used subscription.
  • A renewal that was not cancelled before its billing date.
  • Usage charges, add-ons, or services that have already been delivered.
  • An account restriction caused by a violation of our Terms of Service.

5. Requesting a Refund

Contact support as soon as possible after the charge. Include the email address on your account, the payment or order reference, the charge date, and a short explanation of the issue.

Send your request to support@jobx.me. We may ask for additional information needed to verify the payment.

6. Review and Processing

We will notify you after reviewing your request. If approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method whenever possible.

Banks and payment providers control when the credit appears on your statement, so processing times may vary after we issue it. Currency conversion and external processing fees are governed by your payment provider.

7. Your Legal Rights

Nothing on this page limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded in your country or region. If these terms conflict with mandatory law, that law will apply.

8. Changes

We may update this information to reflect changes to our plans, payment methods, or legal obligations. The latest version will always appear on this page with its updated date.
