What data does Jobx collect from connected platforms?

When you or your customers interact with Jobx through a connected platform — Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Telegram — we may collect and store the following information:

Your platform user/member or page identifier (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok user ID, or LinkedIn member/organization URN)
Your name and profile picture (if shared by the platform)
Messages and comments sent to and received from your AI agent
Page and account access tokens used to connect your business accounts
Aggregate page engagement metrics, where you authorize analytics access (e.g. LinkedIn)
Timestamps of interactions

We do not sell this data to any third party. It is used exclusively to provide the Jobx AI agent service.

How to request deletion of your data

You have two ways to request deletion:

Option 1 — Disconnect from your Jobx dashboard (immediate)

Log in to your Jobx account at jobx.me
Go to Dashboard → Integrations
Find the connected account (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and click Remove
All data associated with that connection is deleted immediately

Option 2 — Revoke access on the platform

You can also remove Jobx from the platform's own app settings:

Facebook / Instagram: Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites → find Jobx → Remove
TikTok: Settings → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions → remove Jobx
LinkedIn: Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Permitted services → remove Jobx

We will delete the associated data within 30 days of revocation.

Option 3 — Email us directly

Send an email to support@jobx.me with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address and the platform account (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) linked to your data. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

What gets deleted

Upon a valid deletion request, we will permanently remove:

All conversation, message, and comment history linked to that platform account
Your platform user/member identifier and profile information
Any page or account access tokens associated with the connection
Any stored page analytics linked to that account
Any other personal data linked to that platform identity

Note: deleting a connected platform's data does not automatically delete your Jobx account. To delete your full Jobx account, email us separately.
