What data does Jobx collect via Meta?
When you or your customers interact with Jobx through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp, we may collect and store the following information:
- Your Facebook or Instagram user ID
- Your name and profile picture (if shared by the platform)
- Messages sent to and received from your AI agent
- Page and account access tokens used to connect your business accounts
- Timestamps of interactions
We do not sell this data to any third party. It is used exclusively to provide the Jobx AI agent service.
How to request deletion of your data
You have two ways to request deletion:
- Go to your Facebook account Settings
- Click Security and Login → Apps and Websites
- Find Jobx in the list and click Remove
- We will delete your data within 30 days
Send an email to support@jobx.me with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address or Facebook/Instagram account linked to your data. We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation.
What gets deleted
Upon a valid deletion request, we will permanently remove:
- All conversation history linked to your Meta account
- Your Facebook or Instagram user ID and profile information
- Any page access tokens associated with your account
- Any other personal data linked to your Meta identity
Note: deleting your Meta data does not automatically delete your Jobx account. To delete your full Jobx account, email us separately.
