- Deliver high quality service to customers through providing cash banking services and delivering high quality service to customers through executing clients’ requests and providing assigned banking services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, accounting, finance, or any related discipline.
- 0 – 2 years’ experience performing teller/customer service representative responsibilities or similar capacity.
- Very good command of English & Arabic Language
- Good solution oriented & client focused.
- Knowledge of all bank’s related products & services
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven analytics skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Keeping up to date with industry and regulatory changes and professional standards.
