Job Description
- Support in designing ESG products that align with the bank’s ESG strategy and customer needs.
- Stay up to date with ESG trends, developments, and best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote ESG principles and sustainable finance practices.
- Align with the requests received from the Parent Bank in regard to ESG Lending Operations.
- Advise clients on market conditions throughout their ESG journey.
- Closely coordinate with the environmental focal point in order to identify the areas of opportunities and risks.
- Driving forward the ESG strategy: Support in the monitoring and regular reporting on the bank’s ESG strategy execution status by providing regular progress reports and analyzing KPIs helping to bring the strategy into life in line with the business plan’s objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit analysis/product development, or related fields.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ESG databases.
- Familiarity with ESG-related regulations and reporting requirements.
- Good understanding of the local and global ESG landscape and trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Capacity to design ESG products that align with the Group’s ESG strategy and customer needs.
- Preferably, the candidate has taken a credit course
