Job Description
- Promote the digital channels usage, highlight their benefits, and walk customers through the registration steps
- Accountable for boosting acquisitions and adoption of digital channels in the bank’s digital areas in line with set targets
- Migrate customers from traditional banking to digital channels and optimize channel transaction levels
- Monitor customer responses to digital channels, report customer’s feedback and suggestions to enhance the digital services
- Submit digital performance tracker report to line manager
- Participate in the pre-launch testing rounds of the digital channels
- Handle all the on-the-go digital issues facing the customer
- Spot trends in customer behavior and share findings to enrich the digital proposition
- Digital Banking ambassadors will be direct reporting to the Head of Digital Presence
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in banking field
- English Language is must
- proficiency with microsoft office applications
