Job Description
- Ensure efficiency of documentation covering Public / TTLC / Commercial / FI /Business Banking /SME’s /NPL’s & Settlements clients
- Ensure obtaining proper Documents against approved CA’s & proper safekeeping in-order to achieve predetermined objectives.
- Ensure proper activation for credit approvals(new facilities, increase of existing facilities, amendments, waivers, deferrals etc.) covering Public / TTLC / Commercial / FI / Business Banking /SME’s/ Settlements clients
- Reviewing drafted documents according to approved CAs.
- Follow up with legal & sharia to finalize all pending issues
- Sending email to RM with all required documents from the client as per the approved Credit Approvals.
- Review Docs for performing (Corporate & SME’s & Business Banking), fully secured (Direct facilities).
- Maintain tickler for expired docs
- Maintain tickler for deferred docs
- Maintain mortgage valuation reports
- Maintain mortgage insurance reports
- Monitor Goods valuation reports & insurance
- Check proper level of approval obtained for Docs deferrals & exceptions
- Review updating Documentation Report by received documents (database system).
- Ensure proper filing for Docs
- Review Documentation register
- Sending activation email to limits unit to activate clients’ limits as per held docs
- Follow Up on centralization for non performing clients’ Docs at Documentation Risk Control dept.
- Finalize standard docs project
- Monitor settlement agreements for non performing clients
- Ensure proper approvals obtained for released docs
- Ensure periodic updates for Corporate & Personal guarantees
- Issue Monthly guarantees Report and send it to limits unit.
- Review docs status related to availments
Job Requirements
- University/College Degree
- Islamic banking knowledge
- Legal awareness for issues related to banks securities and collateral
- Very good communication skills. (written and verbal)
- Sustain good personal contacts with people executives at varying levels of seniority, balancing client needs and ADIB EGYPT objectives/priorities.
- Willing to develop a detailed understanding of relationship Mangers issues/needs and develop ideas/solutions in response Strong work ethic; high energy levels; results oriented – a self-starter prepared to take the initiative to start topics and/or follow issues
- Willing to work in a co-operative manner to fulfill work requirements.
- 1-2 years’ work experience in a corporate banking environment.
- Ability to work within a team.
- High communication skills.
- Time management skills.
- Good language skills.
