Job Description
- The Corporate Services Officer is responsible for marketing and selling the bank’s products and services through direct and cross selling techniques to corporate customers while maintaining a high quality service and developing relationships with corporate customers.
- Identifies corporate customer needs and fulfills it with proper bank’s products or services
- Handles corporate customers requests and inquiries related to their accounts, products, and services in a professional manner, with referring them to respective Relationship Managers whenever needed
- Promotes and sells the bank’s products and services to achieve the yearly set targets
- Ensures that brochures are up to date and in place
- Receives trade finance requests (LCs, LGs, BCs… etc.) and fulfils them in a professional manner
- Carries and handles efficiently custody items, keys as per custodian matrix and relevant policies and procedures
- Contacts corporate customers to advise them on readiness of delivery items (certificates, cheque books …. etc.) and returned cheques
- Uses cross-selling techniques with EGBANK existing corporate customers
- Adheres to Branch Operating Model
- Carries out any task requested by the Senior Corporate Services Officer and the Branch Manager
- Makes calls upon request to EGBANK existing corporate clients
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration or related field
- Baking principles
- Fluent English and Arabic (Writing and speaking)
- 3 years of experience in banking experience
