Job Description
- Checking cancelled orders of key accounts and determine the reason behind the order cancellation, by going through all needed record and logs in order to make that decision.
- Defining the responsibility of the cancelled order based on the reason for the cancellation.
- Report the case to the team leader to take further the action.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- 1 Year Operations Experience in Talabat.
- Very good problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, word and power-point
- Very good English, with very good communication skills.
- Awareness of Talabat process and particularly cancellation reasons
