Job Description

  • Checking cancelled orders of key accounts and determine the reason behind the order cancellation, by going through all needed record and logs in order to make that decision.
  • Defining the responsibility of the cancelled order based on the reason for the cancellation.
  • Report the case to the team leader to take further the action.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • 1 Year Operations Experience in Talabat.
  • Very good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, word and power-point
  • Very good English, with very good communication skills.
  • Awareness of Talabat process and particularly cancellation reasons
