Job Description
- Receive inbound calls to answer customers’ inquiries and provide them with all information needed regarding TEG products and services (Vehicles, Fork-Lift, Maintenance).
- Arrange maintenance appointments at all TEG service centers.
- Conduct follow-up surveys on monthly basis for Sales and maintenance departments to measure the service level provided by TEG to increase customer satisfaction degree.
- Handle any customer`s complaint directly or through direct it to the Customer Executive in each branch.
- Maintain and update the customer database on regular basis.
- Prepare monthly reports to analyze customer inquiries about TEG products and numbers for maintenance reservations at each service center.
