Job Description
- Welcome visitors as soon as they arrive.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide basic and accurate information.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily deliveries.
- Order (front office, management offices, meeting rooms) supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying.
- Address Tenants’ requests.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent organizational skills
- Preferably Female
- Lives in Zayed or October
- Holds a bachelor degree.
