Job Description

  • Build detailed financial models for the projects on hand including accurate historical data, forward looking financial statements, and project returns/KPIs.
  • Build updated models for the project’s on hand on a quarterly basis and assess the project financial performance versus a base case financial model.
  • Develop a managerial level dashboard to monitor the project financial performance on a quarterly basis versus the base case.
  • Assess the existing funding needs on a project by project basis and raise the necessary debt on a project basis.
  • Managing all banking relationships.

  • Preparation of all loan related documentation and related reporting requirements.
  • Developing a good electronic record keeping system and filing system to store all banking communications/letters/ and other debt related documents.

  • Review all financial models sent from the development team and provide feedback and approval.
  • Review and approve the pre-launch prices, lease rates, and other requirements (making sure these rates are the latest rates in the most recent financial model).
  • Update payment terms and work on special payment terms for mega deals and recommend payment terms options (and related assessment on project financial model).
  • Review and/or develop financial models for the investment opportunities and provide financial feedback.
  • Develop financial scenarios and ideas that will enhance the project KPIs.
  • Consolidate & assist in the preparation of the 5 years BP.
  • Assist the corporate budgeting team in making sure that unbudgeted expenditures have a budget with related paper work.
  • Collaborate with budgeting team and develop an updated five year cash flow for the company; of which we will develop the optimum capital structure and ability to pay dividends, and expand the business via land bank acquisitions.
  • Prepare various types of memos and presentations for internal management and the BOD.
  • Ad hoc exercises and special assignments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong quantitative financial skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
