- Initiate new opportunities and generate sales leads within the banking sector.
- Follow-up closely on existing opportunities.
- Build relationships with potential customers on multiple levels.
- Work closely with the Resales team to address the required RFPs and presentations required and ensure timely deliverables.
- Revise financial and technical proposals before sending them to the customer to ensure we have the right payment, warranty and delivery terms as well as proposal structure and formatting.
- Update the sales pipeline to reflect the actual opportunities in process indicating the sales cycle stage for each opportunity.
- Follow-up on the collection cycles for delivered projects.
- Arrange for meetings/events with potential customers to promote our new offerings and existing portfolio.
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management in IT industry is a must.
- Experience in managing accounts in the Banking sector is preferable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
