Job Description

  • To manage Incentive and Performance Management for Retail Sales Acquisition Channels covering staff that are deployed in Branches, Retail Banking Sales, Call Center Outbound and IIS.
  • Lead a medium size team of 2-3 staff and develop them to be trusted business partners.
  • Design and implement state of the art incentive compensation plans that are key in maximizing productivity and revenue while keeping Cost of Acquisition under check.
  • Provide innovation and strategic thought leadership to optimize the structure and content of individual-, team- or product-based performance metrics
  • Implementing Performance Management KPIs covering Balance Sheet Growth, New Acquisition, Cross Sell and Service Delivery.
  • Monitoring Product Profitability for all Retail Banking Products through NPVs and using the information to align incentive policies.
  • Manage incentive cost for Retail Sales Acquisition Channels for best optimization.
  • Key partnership with Business for developing strategies to enhance performance by means of sales contests, R&R programs and boosters.
  • Perform the Control function in compliance with Audit requirements by implementing robust processes.
  • Managing the MIS and Reporting function.
  • Implement the digital platform “Incentive Compensation Management” for enhanced tracking.
  • Support in implementing best practices from ENBD UAE to overseas locations like Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
  • Provide ongoing support to Group Entities thereby achieving synergies.
  • Work towards digitization of manual dashboards by using latest technologies such as SAS and Power BI.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelors in Business or any technical discipline.
  • Master Degree in Business and/or certification in systems management will be an added advantage.
  • Around 6-8 years of post-qualification experience in Finance or Business Intelligence function of a large bank.
  • Good knowledge of financial concepts, sales analytics and systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. SQL, SAS or similar analytical / database tool. Exposure to Visual Dash boarding tools such as PowerBI will be an added advantage.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to interact with key stakeholders. Leadership skills to lead a medium size team.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure within minimal supervision.
  • Self-starter with ability to motivate the team.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership to drive change in incentive plans and to refine / rationalize reporting process.
