Job Description

  • Facilitate IT and business in developing holistic approach to defining the structure of data submission required to meet Al Etihad Credit Bureau (AECB) requirements, wholesale credit borrower submissions to facilitate accurate credit reporting for regulatory requirements.
  • Investigation and resolution of AECB related customer complaints for wholesale obligors, by working in close coordination with stakeholders from business and IT.
  • Centralized coordination and completion of Periodic and ad-hoc asset quality (AQ) submission of wholesale obligors to Central Bank of UAE (CB UAE) and other regulatory agencies. Further Facilitate regulatory audit requirements for wholesale asset submissions including but not limited to various documentary submissions, AQ submissions and other requests from CB UAE.
  • Support automation of AQ submissions with close coordination from IT and stakeholders from business.
  • Supporting Credit data management teams with periodic and ad-hoc data and MIS requirements.
  • Support in Maintenance and constitution of Underlying data mart required for risk Credit reporting.
  • Reconciliation and interaction with stakeholders from IT, Business Groups, Risk and other departments for coordination and development of various Credit reports.
  • Lead various initiatives of automation and lean processes involved in various stages of Credit reporting and analytics.
  • Conceptualize, develop and maintain the various periodic Credit reports and dashboard required for group wide Credit reporting for Management, Regulatory and Bureau submissions.
