- Coordinating with Settlement unit for the results of chargeback cases .
- Downloading The reports to view reflected chargeback and representment cases
- Processing of Visa Chargeback following up pending cases.
- Preparation of MIS for chargeback cases.
- Handling visa charge back incoming and outgoing cases
- follow up pending chargeback cases
- keep update with visa international new chargeback instructions
Job Requirements
- Experience and knowledge of interchange and financial settlements acquired by working in the units in card operations.
- Banking experience at least 3 years
- good computer skills.
- good knowledge of financial accounting principle’s and systems and systems.
