Job Description
- Ensure the website content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the bank’s branding and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, marketing, and retail banking, to gather requirements and prioritize website enhancements and features.
- Coordinate with external development teams or vendors to implement changes, enhancements, and bug fixes on the Website.
- Monitor and analyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for portal optimization and improvements.
- Optimize the website’s user experience (UX) and navigation, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly interface for customers.
- Implement security measures and best practices to safeguard customer data and protect against cybersecurity threats.
- Coordinate with the bank’s IT and security teams to conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate marketing campaigns, promotions, and personalized content into the website.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development and user experience.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for website differentiation and enhancement.
- Manage website-related projects, including new feature development, integration with third-party systems, and website upgrades.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Overall, 5 years and at least 3 years in digital marketing field.
- Excellent command of English & Arabic.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
