Job Description

  • Responsible for the day-to-day activities of our HR Information Systems
  • Maintains optimal function of the HRIS
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to HRIS users and Collaborates with HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancement.
  • Recommends and implements solutions.
  • Sourcing & screening applicants
  • Conducting interviews for the requested vacancies
  • Administering tests
  • Checking references, background, & evaluating applicants qualifications
  • Monitoring the internal & external job posting program
  • Establish contacts with educational institutions & recruitment agencies
  • Participate in recruitment activities
