Job Description
- Responsible for the day-to-day activities of our HR Information Systems
- Maintains optimal function of the HRIS
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to HRIS users and Collaborates with HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancement.
- Recommends and implements solutions.
- Sourcing & screening applicants
- Conducting interviews for the requested vacancies
- Administering tests
- Checking references, background, & evaluating applicants qualifications
- Monitoring the internal & external job posting program
- Establish contacts with educational institutions & recruitment agencies
- Participate in recruitment activities
