  • Cards & Wallet Operations Team Leader at Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait – Egypt

    Job Description

    • Manage card operations, problems etc. and ensure issues are resolved to customer satisfaction and within time guidelines.
    • Manage correspondences, responsible for UATs of the system enhancements and any modification to enhance current job and the workflow for cards.
    • Coordinate with Master card & Visa to implement any new mandates or new projects.
    • Prepares manuals /Quick reference to the systems for the end users.
    • Handling all the operational requirements related to credit/debit cards business development/campaigns.
    • Manage segregated/dual control securities for systems/equipment and card stock access.
    • Monitor downtime in network operations and take remedial action.
    • Initiate systems Enhancement & Updates.
    • Manage the updating of billing schedules, implement fees changes, etc.
    • Coordinates and control all the cards operation projects on the card systems.
    • Prepare manuals / quick reference from the system to end users.
    • Manage correspondences, responsible for UATs of the systems enhancements and any modification to enhance current job and workflow for Mobile Wallet.
    • Manage any Mandates received from CBE / Ta7Weel / Master Card for Mobile Wallet.
    • Managing Projects and new launching products within the timelines.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
    • At least 5-7 years’ banking sector experience.
    • Experience of large-scale card operations management and cards technical support.
    • Retail banking, credit administration & cards operation
    • Card operations principles and procedures
    • Project management knowledge

    Job description

    • The Talent Acquisition partner plays a vital role in ensuring the bank has a strong pipeline of top talent to support its business goals. You will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle for assigned positions, working collaboratively with hiring managers to find, attract, and hire the best candidates.
    • Implementing the annual manpower plan for departments and branches to meet the needs of new graduates and achieve the bank strategic goals.
    • Coordinating with branches and departments regarding their hiring needs and submitting reports to direct supervisors.
    • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, Employment Fairs, Etc.
    • Organizing interviews with the list of candidates by contacting those who meet the job advertisement requirements in order to schedule a personal interview according to the instructions (whether individual or panel interview).
    • Conducting personal interviews for candidates to assess their suitability for the jobs they have applied for.
    • Preparing lists of successful candidates in the interviews to include them in the needed exams for new graduates.
    • Preparing a contract memorandum for the successful candidates in the interviews and coordinating with them to conduct a medical examination and bring the required documents to complete the hiring process.
    • Reviewing all hiring document and required statements and verifying the accuracy of their data according to the approved rules.
    • Communicating with candidates at all stages of the appointment to complete all steps to ensure their appointment according to the plan and in an easy way and improve their experience during the appointment journey.
    • Managing the recruitment process to ensure that business needs are met in a timely and consistent manner.
    • Maintain a strong candidate database and Applicant Tracking.
    • Contribute to the bank employer branding initiatives to attract a diverse and qualified talent pool.
    • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or relevant discipline.
    • 2 – 4 years of experience in the HR field, Prior Experience in the banking industry is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of the banking industry.
    • Excellent sourcing and screening skills.
    • Proven ability to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Credit Analyst / Microfinance Officer at BM

    Job Role

    • Conduct marketing activities and attract new customers.
    • Visit clients and perform necessary inspections according to the credit policy.
    • Prepare the credit memorandum by assessing creditworthiness, ensuring positive inquiries, performing financial and credit analysis, and presenting it to the direct manager for review until it is submitted to the granting committee and the credit decision is issued.
    • Collect required documents from clients (grant conditions) and coordinate between the client and the branch to complete the credit conditions and review the file to ensure all documents are complete.
    • Follow up on the credit status of existing clients who are in good standing and monitor clients who are late in payments according to the approved policy and published instructions.
    • Prepare the required monthly data on the credit cases being followed up.
    • Identify the reasons for client rejection, discuss them with the direct manager, and then inform the clients.
    • Achieve the required targets.

    Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree.
    • From 1 to 5 years’ experience in Microfinance
    • Obtaining Credit Course / Mini Crediting Course (Preferrable).
    • Excellent Command in English Language and MS office.
    • Sales, Marketing & Analytical skills.
