Job Role
- Conduct marketing activities and attract new customers.
- Visit clients and perform necessary inspections according to the credit policy.
- Prepare the credit memorandum by assessing creditworthiness, ensuring positive inquiries, performing financial and credit analysis, and presenting it to the direct manager for review until it is submitted to the granting committee and the credit decision is issued.
- Collect required documents from clients (grant conditions) and coordinate between the client and the branch to complete the credit conditions and review the file to ensure all documents are complete.
- Follow up on the credit status of existing clients who are in good standing and monitor clients who are late in payments according to the approved policy and published instructions.
- Prepare the required monthly data on the credit cases being followed up.
- Identify the reasons for client rejection, discuss them with the direct manager, and then inform the clients.
- Achieve the required targets.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- From 1 to 5 years’ experience in Microfinance
- Obtaining Credit Course / Mini Crediting Course (Preferrable).
- Excellent Command in English Language and MS office.
- Sales, Marketing & Analytical skills.
