Job Description
- To manage the day to day working of Trade Operations within various Trade Products such as: letter of Credit/ Guarantees/Incoming Documentary Collection.
- Handling and responding to client queries relating to all transactional activities within agreed turnaround times.
- Follow up on transactions and track through to completion.
- Properly monitor own transactions and ensure that any errors identified are escalated to Bank’s seniors.
- Coordinate between clients, product, business and internal partners to ensure transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Resolve transaction services issues and use technical expertise/ judgment to conduct analysis
- Anticipate and respond to requests for transaction deliverables from internal and external clients and vendors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated basic experience in Trade related products.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills
- CDCS / CDSG Certified is preferred.
