Job Description
- Application of international regulations and standards for oil plants & gas (onshore and offshore) in technical safety / HSE discipline
- Carrying out estimation activities and relevant estimate of the project timing
- Application of Risk Assessment methodologies and of Formal Safety Assessments studies (e.g. Quantitative Risk Assessment, Fire and Explosion Risk Assessment, Emergency System Survivability Analysis, Evacuation Escape and Rescue Assessment, ALARP Demonstration Report, Gas Dispersion Study, Gas Explosion Study, Noise Study, Dropped Object Study, etc.);
- Executing safety studies
- Implementation of the specialized methodologies of the programs (e.g. DNV PHAST software)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in engineering or chemical
- Experience in technical audit, design review and documentation management
- Comprehension of International Standards and Codes
- Knowledge of onshore and offshore hydrocarbons (gas and oil) treating, including NGL extraction and water injection plants, revamping and upgrading of existing plants
- Process simulation, equipment basic design
