Job Description
- Provide operational support to Private Banking and Mashreq Gold Segments of the Retail Banking Group to delivery world class products & premium services to customers.
- Booking of various lending facilities for customers
- Perform credit monitoring for various lending products including Lombard, Leverage Investments on Securities, etc
- Track customer limits against overall program limits
- Track broad limits across all lending programs
- Execute margin call process in the event of insufficient collaterals; generate & deliver margin call letters to customers / RMs
- Ensure no operational loss is incurred against lending facilities offered to customers
- To interact on daily basis with the:
- Internal staff within the the team
- Team Leaders
- Relationship Managers
- Internal compliance
- Sales and Branch staff in the absence of the team leader/Assistant Manager
- Process all transactions with strict adherence to SOP
- Escalation of exceptions to Manager
- To ensure compliance to specified procedure
- Ensure error free processing of cases
- Review of the Quality reports and collectively review the corrective action plans
- Approval of cases under delegated approval authorities
Job Requirements
- Graduate with 3-4 years work experience in Loan Operations
- Excellent analytical skills
- Sound interpersonal skills
- Good PC skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to problem solving and work independently
- Should be customer focused and achievement oriented
