Job Description

  • Plan Go-to-Market (GTM) timelines for all related system and tools tasks and coordinate milestones with key counterparts
  • Prepare and ensure timely execution of seasonal system uploads and administration tasks
  • Bring in E2E-process improvements
  • Identify opportunities for automation (RPA) and support the development and implementation
  • Maintain and further enhance existing solutions
  • Execute regular extracts and conduct article master checks
  • MENA Range Management Application (RMA) Administrator
  • MENA SAP Key User for Marketing
  • MENA SPOC for all Brand related Systems & Tools projects
  • Prepare system and tools related templates and checklists
  • Communicate system updates and changes and train Brand colleagues
  • Support Digital Showroom Transformation
  • Assist with other Marketing Operations tasks

Job Requirements

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Structured and organized way of working
  • Pro-active, collaborative, and positive attitude
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 2 years of experience in operational driven environment
  • Preferred experience in automation software tools (e.g., UiPath) and data analysis
  • Advanced SAP User and strong system skills
  • Fluent in English
