Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the bank’s social media accounts, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with agencies in creating engaging content for social media channels, including text, images, videos, and infographics, to promote banking products, deliver educational content, and engage with customers.
  • Monitor social media trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities within the Egyptian banking sector to identify opportunities and propose actionable insights for improving social media performance.
  • Plan and schedule social media content calendars, ensuring regular and consistent posting to maintain a strong online presence.
  • Collaborate with internal business teams and customer service, to align social media activities with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversions, and sentiment, to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and optimize performance.
  • Utilize social media management tools and analytics platforms to monitor social media performance, track trends, and generate reports for management review.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms within the Egyptian banking sector, and propose innovative strategies to leverage new opportunities.
  • Align with the marketing team to define campaign goals, target audience profiles, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for media buying initiatives.
  • Negotiate media buying contracts, rates, and placements with media vendors, including all digital advertising platforms.
  • Monitor media budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize advertising reach and impact.
  • Optimize media campaigns through ongoing analysis of performance metrics, including reach, frequency, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Create comprehensive analysis presentations for end of campaign performance, and comparisons with previous similar campaigns to measure effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines specific to social media usage in the Egyptian banking industry.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Overall, 5 years and at least 3 years in digital marketing field.
  • Excellent command of English & Arabic.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
