Job requirements
- Handle all day to day activities and customers’ instructions / inquiries / cheque books / certificates of balances / opening new accounts (document review)
- Maintain and update KYCs, company documents, and all compliance requirements.
- Ensure abiding to Bank policies, procedures, KYC and all related Compliance regulations and procedures
- Handle Chequebook issuance requests (regular and special design) as well as stop payment instructions
- Handling Corporate client instructions for corporate clients in their Business Center
- Handle Global Facilities clients & documentation
- Handle counter or clearing checks with insufficient balance
- Receive, review and obtain approvals for LGs and LCs
- Activate Dormant or Zero Balance clients
Job Requirements
- Credit Course is a must
- Min 4 years of experience in same function.
