Job Description
- Maintain SME’s customers’ relationship and enhance their utilization to increase business profits from existing customers.
- Acquire new customers to offer the bank’s products & services.
- maintaining the existing customers’ relationship management
- Prepare the Packages renewals & Financial Analysis.
- Raise the portfolio of ABK’s products and services and deliver information to customers
- Promote the bank’s product and services and regenerate business from current customers
- Handle issue raised by clients as part of daily operations
- Monitor of service levels and utilization of booked SME’s customers
- Accounts management and profitability oriented
- EducationBachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience
Job Requirements
- SME’s banking product and services, Network operations and procedures
- Minimum of 3-5 years banking experience in relationship management or corporate credit management
- Obtained Credit Course
