- Manage relationships with high-net-worth clients through fully understanding the client’s circumstances and investment appetite to ensure superior financial management is provided.
- Achieve the financial targets as per wealth Management department strategy, objectives & products applied and worked on with the relationship managers team.
- Sales opportunities:Seizing and utilizing opportunities to cross sell additional products and services to the existing Clients.
- Obtaining referrals and approaching them ensuring new opportunities are always flowing.
- Priority customers Maintain strong and in-depth relationships with priority customers and refer sales opportunities to Premium Banking team.Customer service Deliver superior high quality customer service.
- exceeding satisfaction goals by always responding to customer enquiries and that their issues are always identified and handled.
- Customer transactions Support CSRs in customer transactions.
- ensure transactions are promptly logged and all appropriate documents are completed and up to date.
- Minimum of 7 years in a branch role, typically CSR & Sales experience.
