Job Description
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Partner with business leaders and HR business partners to understand staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize various sourcing channels to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external vendors.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends.
- Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection processes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with experience in high-volume recruiting and/or executive search preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws/regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools is a plus.
