- Propose a vision to enhance ATM/CDM operations and deliver recommendations to drive short, medium, and long-term business objectives to meet performance and cost efficiency targets.
- Act as a coach and a mentor to staff reporting to him/her.
- Manage the Critical ATM/CDM crisis and disruption processes.
- Assume control of operations in cases of contingency and crisis.
- Ensure compliance of operations as per the central bank regulatory.
- Actively participate in strategic evolutions, development, planning of future systems and procedures.

- Ensuring value added proposition in strategic vendor partnerships and aligning vendor product / industry roadmap of platforms with the business strategy thus enabling an effective business growth.
- General banking and business area knowledge is necessary in order to steer necessary implementations according to bank strategy.
- Experience in applying waterfall implementation methodology along with corresponding project management methodology (capacity planning, vendor management, medium scale development coordination) which also comprises management of interfaces and dependencies to other platform teams and also in connection with the agile teams. Additional overview of current testing practices and infrastructure requirements relevant.
- Expertise in relevant technology, implementation and use cases as well as deep knowledge of tools used in the bank specifically in the transactional areas in the scope of ATM/CDM technology.
- Knowledge in advanced technologies used in the customer experience platforms.
