Job Description
- Assist in the monthly payroll operation with respect to deadline and realize all the relevant reports to this function.
- Assist in applying all the deductions and entitlements affecting the employee’s transactions payroll are accurately entered and processed into the payroll system in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.
- Support in the monthly general ledger report preparation to the finance department to insure proper allocation of cost elements.
- Follow on a regular basis and deduct employees’ loans from salaries until totally cleared.
- Assist in applying the employee’s yearly salary increases and any adjustments during the year with respect to the country taxes constrains.
- Assist in the calculation of the month company’s and the employees’ shares in terms of social insurance and salary taxes as well as any relevant deductions.
- Prepare and deliver pay slips to all employees.
- Handling the new employee’s bank accounts opening.
- Issue all the employees needed letters for banks and validate it from the payroll manager.
- Assist in calculating the exit employees’ settlements from monthly salaries, vacations balances and any other financial indemnities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or relevant.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll administration.
- Professional Experience in Oracle is a must.
- Solid knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
