- Active member of the FLEX Squad focused on growing the Flex base & enhancing different performance KPIs.
- Helping in delivering an end-to-end customer centric strategy and calendar of activities with ambitious budget targets that deliver the Flex objectives in light it’s strategy
- P&L achievement for Flex through monitoring, implementing and applying Key commercial & Marketing initiatives.
- Setting & achieving the segment strategy for acquisition, retention & channels management
- Ensuring market share leadership across different regions through interfacing with different stakeholders
- Analysing the customer life cycle to enable healthy growth of customer base & enhancement of revenue & usage KPIs
- Developing customer experience enhancements to ensure satisfaction & increase NPS
- 1-4 years experience in Marketing or Sales
- Product management experience is a plus
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills
- Results oriented, ensuring quick & effective time to market by doing whatever is necessary to deliver the best possible product.
- Strong Analytical and financial understanding skills
- Strategic thinking & negotiation skills
- Ability to innovatively design and launch commercial offerings and propositions.
