Job Description
- Manage team of 4 outsourced agents to work on achieving Net adds, Voice points, solution and accounts targets.
- Managing and distribution Sales according to Territory to maximize opportunities and capture market share as to increase sales YOY.
- Manage Stake holder “Marketing /Activation /any at assigned Task or Project & Spotting and encouraging innovative ideas at teams.
- Minimizing and resolving complaints while train 93% Quality sales M3, 85 M6 and max 7% no network also Training and developing teams to represent and drive Vodafone Digital #1 strategy.
- #1 NPS with our #1 acquisitions experience on individual account basis.
