Job Description

  • Monitoring the daily progress of projects 
  • Providing and aligning detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
  • Ensuring team members have resources/tools they need to complete their assigned tasks on time.
  • Planning meetings and organizing project logistics.
  • Assisting and supporting the project managers.
  • Designing and controlling the projects schedule.
  • Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
  • Ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Organizing and attending stakeholder meetings.
  • Providing administrative support.
  • Organizing project team meetings and recording minutes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Management or any related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in the same field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Excellent Team-management Skills.
