- Coach, manage PB ROs and provide them with necessary guidance to meet their objectives.
- Solicit new clients to achieve the yearly targets and assets under management
- Ensure that appropriate client investment questionnaires are prepared and that clients risk appetite and investment strategy are appropriately identified.
- Maintain awareness of the latest PB products and developments in the market.
- Minimum 6 years’ of banking experience
- Strong knowledge of and demonstrated ability to sell PB products and services, wealth management and investment products
- Team building & leadership
- Good education and understanding of markets and investment products
- Certified Portfolio Management
- Ability to grasp quickly sophisticated banking and new products
- Special focused training in Portfolio management
