- As a Marketing Sr Specialist (equivalent of Assistant Brand Manager / Junior Brand Manager), you will play a vital role in driving the strategic development and execution of our brand initiatives. Working closely with the Brand Manager, you will contribute to the growth and awareness of our ride-hailing app by implementing effective branding strategies across various marketing channels. Moreover, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain valuable exposure by working in a multinational, rapidly growing app. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will ensure brand consistency and drive customer engagement.
- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals.
- Support the Brand Manager in the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, acquisition, and retention.
- Collaborate with managing agencies to develop compelling brand assets, including Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) materials, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Utilize excellent copywriting skills to create engaging brand messaging across different platforms and touchpoints.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Support the implementation of brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints to align with the company’s business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and customer support, to ensure brand consistency and provide brand-related guidance.
- Manage agencies involved in creative development and other brand-related initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Support the Brand Manager in coordinating and executing brand-related events and activations.
- Collaborate with managing agencies and influencer marketing platforms to identify influencers that align with the brand values and target audience. Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that effectively leverage the influence of these individuals to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Experience in managing social media platforms and community management is a big plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in brand management or agency setting.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing principles, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging brand messaging and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media channels, and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative branding solutions.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
