Job Description
- Process Development: Analysis, Mapping & Documentation
- Document Approval & Administration: Presenting documents for approval to the committee, addressing their concerns, obtaining approval, releasing/circulating documents & secure storage.
- Process Improvement: Understanding areas of process improvement, obtaining process owner approvals, and affecting change in documents.
Job Requirements
- Banking Experience of at least 10 years
- Excellent English/Arabic technical writing capability
- Must have proven experience in the development of documents.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Any Quality/Control related certification: ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Management (preferred)
- Advanced level proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Bilingual – Proficient in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to maintain good working relationships with all areas of the bank.
- A high degree of Integrity in work
- Competent knowledge of banking

- Ability to deliver quality work under minimum supervision.
