Job Description

  • Process Development: Analysis, Mapping & Documentation
  • Document Approval & Administration: Presenting documents for approval to the committee, addressing their concerns, obtaining approval, releasing/circulating documents & secure storage.
  • Process Improvement: Understanding areas of process improvement, obtaining process owner approvals, and affecting change in documents.

Job Requirements

  • Banking Experience of at least 10 years
  • Excellent English/Arabic technical writing capability
  • Must have proven experience in the development of documents.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Any Quality/Control related certification: ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Management (preferred)
  • Advanced level proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Visio, PowerPoint)
  • Bilingual – Proficient in written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to maintain good working relationships with all areas of the bank.
