Job Description

  • Performs administrative duties related to the operational affairs as requested.
  • Authenticate documents from different governmental bodies and embassies as requested.
  • Prepare requests and formal notifications to address governmental bodies to obtain documents.
  • Copy verdicts, obtain certificates and documents from various governmental bodies as instructed.
  • Administrative task in regard to the POAs and the notary public.
  • Obtain Commercial registries as instructed.

Job Requirement

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to organize and analyze documents.
  • Education: BSc. from reputable university
  • Years of Experience: (0 – 3)
  • Language: Good command of English
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
