- Performs administrative duties related to the operational affairs as requested.
- Authenticate documents from different governmental bodies and embassies as requested.
- Prepare requests and formal notifications to address governmental bodies to obtain documents.
- Copy verdicts, obtain certificates and documents from various governmental bodies as instructed.
- Administrative task in regard to the POAs and the notary public.
- Obtain Commercial registries as instructed.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to organize and analyze documents.
- Education: BSc. from reputable university
- Years of Experience: (0 – 3)
- Language: Good command of English
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
