Job Description
- Manage the implementation of GDP annual development plans (industrial & non-industrial).
- In collaboration with HRBPs, Manage and supervise the implementation of the GDP’s job rotations and report it.
- Contribute to the Evaluation & contracting with external trainings providers & consultants to ensure the highest level of delivery to drive performance.
- Manage trainings’ operations including issuing invoices, facilitate logistics and post training evaluation.
- Manage the administration and analysis of GDP engagement survey.
- Deliver reports for GDP operations regarding the main 3 pillars of the program on monthly & quarter basis.
- Manage the consultation and queries of E-learning users across the Group.
- Manage E-learning contracts and subscriptions across the organization.
- Contribute into the arrangements & delivering of GDP induction sessions.
- Contribute into sourcing and selection process of internship applicants.
- Contribute into the operations of internship program across the group.
- In collaboration with HRBP and Employee experience teams, run exit interviews for GDP Employees to maintain the employee’s experience.
- Work on the scholarships and undergrads activities & competitions.
- In collaboration with HRBP in industrial sector, manage the GDP affairs regarding trainings, rotations, coaching and feedback.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- 2020, 2021, 2022 Graduates are only welcomed to apply
- 0-2 years of experience
- Fluent English Speakers is a must
