Job Description
- Execute financial due diligence (buy-side and sell-side) engagements.
- Working collaboratively with senior team members, clients, and target business management teams.
- Collecting financial information from the target business / managing the diligence request list.
- Performing financial analyses on the target business (margin assessments, trend analysis, price
- volume analysis, cash proofs, key data reconciliations, etc.).
- Prepare key deal analyses (Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, Debt & Debt-Like, etc.).
- Writing reports and supporting delivery of findings to clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, major accounting/finance.
- 0-1 years of experience.
- Qualified/candidate CFA, CMA, IFRS Diploma.
- Should have knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards as well as general accounting issues.
- Strong presentation, communication and business writing skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficient in using MS office specially excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to work independently.
- Highly motivated, committed and flexible to cope with changing priorities and strict deadlines.
